Indigo Sunday by =TGA-Tsurugi The suggester said "I am still amazed this is traditional. With all the details with the jellyfishes and the detail in the kimono and not to mention the coloring skills I am amazed!" ( Suggested by iingo and Featured by sTiViA )

Really good picture, you must have spent a great deal of time on it...however, you might want to put more impact into the eyes to equal the style and impact of the picture Good choice of colors the red stands out quite nicely and compliments the rest of the picture. It is not a good idea to blend the feet, it my distract the viewer from the main part of your drawing. Same same thing for the top as well...the top coner of your picture is blended nicely, but you would also have to blend the hair in that section, otherwise it makes it look a bit unfinished

Off the bat, due to the original character and due to the strange theme and title, your image comes off as original. The colour palette that has been chosen, featuring a variety of different shades of blue, pink and purple helps the image a soothing feeling to it. The colours help the person blend in with the scenery but she seems to blend in a bit too well, especially with the hair.

The anatomy is great. The pose looks feminine and it helps to reinforce the theme set by the colour scheme however it has its moments. The hand raised doesn't look natural at first glance but it works and the other hand seems to disappear, but that's due to the scenery blending in with the kimono. The kimono looks natural due to the great crease work. It also helps to define the weight of the garment as being soft. The hair flows as if it was submerged in water, which probably explains the jellyfish which contrasts with the kimono, which looks as if gravity has ultimate control over it rather than the water, which looks cool and original too. Her face is great too but maybe a different emotion could have been chosen to better suit the theme rather than a neutral face with a hint of surprise.

Overall, the image has a well chosen colour palette and the anatomy and clothes look great but the facial expression could better suit the theme of the picture. This is still phenomenal in my eyes.

This is really beautiful, I can't begin to say just wow.
This is an overall wow piece
I can't imagine how long it must have taken you but it's so well worth it beyond compare!

I love the different toned purple jellyfish in the air

I really love the deep like colour of the kimono that she's wearing and the details of the fabric.

Those details are just really really stunning, seriously.
The intricate details in the obi as well

I really love the effect you created with the markers that give it that almost bubble look, I think when you use the blender or alcohol to get that.

The detail of that flower is just beautiful as well!

I do agree with creating more emotion behind the eyes that can make this a much more deeper picture.

I really do love the purple, blue, hints of pink in this!

It deserves a DD! YOU DID excellent work.
