The suggester said "I am still amazed this is traditional. With all the details with the jellyfishes and the detail in the kimono and not to mention the coloring skills I am amazed!" (

The anatomy is great. The pose looks feminine and it helps to reinforce the theme set by the colour scheme however it has its moments. The hand raised doesn't look natural at first glance but it works and the other hand seems to disappear, but that's due to the scenery blending in with the kimono. The kimono looks natural due to the great crease work. It also helps to define the weight of the garment as being soft. The hair flows as if it was submerged in water, which probably explains the jellyfish which contrasts with the kimono, which looks as if gravity has ultimate control over it rather than the water, which looks cool and original too. Her face is great too but maybe a different emotion could have been chosen to better suit the theme rather than a neutral face with a hint of surprise.
Overall, the image has a well chosen colour palette and the anatomy and clothes look great but the facial expression could better suit the theme of the picture. This is still phenomenal in my eyes.
